Facebook account suspended due to an Instagram account

Hello,

The day before yesterday, I was a victim of hacking. When I opened Facebook, the following message appeared:

Your account has been suspended. Your Facebook account has been suspended because your Instagram account quyenbaovy65217 does not comply with our rules. You have 177 days left to appeal. Log in to your associated Instagram account to appeal our decision.

I do not know this account named quyenbaovy65217, but I have noticed that if you search for the same username on Instagram, but without the numbers, there are many accounts with different numbers at the end.

I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem, as I have a lot of memories on it. ????

Hello,

Not really, you need to check with Facebook support, and for your information, there are no other solutions. (Speculation...) It seems that the hacker has linked your account to another Instagram account at first glance.

Thanks for the links, but it keeps asking me to log in, and it redirects me to the suspended account page????
