so it's actually like a joystick you have to push it up or down, the button is small I wouldn't have thought of it for fear of breaking it -

Hello,
Check the doc, page 7: https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20240227/d9ea1b41f1b44c30a0e2b12300a6d0a1.pdf
The Ambilight button should adjust the styles. And the volume button is the speaker, under the left arrow. You need to push it up for more, down for less, and in the middle to mute.

thank you very much for the response and the link because I couldn't find it in French, I didn't even know that Ambilight is a button, I will try, the volume button stays on 20 I can't raise or lower it, just mute the sound, it's weird, I will try all that again, thank you

:))) yes, they work, so the Ambilight button doesn't work, I managed to adjust the settings for colors or contrast but I don't know if I should adjust the contrast or something else, I don't know if you know whether to set the colors to medium or maximum, then for the volume it stays at 20, I can't increase or decrease it, so I'm using the Bouygues remote (I had an old TV before, so this is new for me with the box) there you go, thank you!

Hello,
I rather think you need to press the right side of the volume button to increase the sound and the left side to decrease it.
A press in the middle mutes the sound.
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
