Hello, I have acquired a CONTINENTAL EDISON CELED40SAFHD24B3 TV and the audio processing is disabled, so I only have access to a tiny portion of the sound settings, the equalizer, sound style, etc. are grayed out and inaccessible despite a factory reset and the developer mode. Do you have a solution?

    No response was found with the seller and the manufacturer, but the television stopped working 2 weeks later and it was the board that was defective. After a replacement, everything returned to normal, so it must have been related :)
