Continental Edison TV Issue

Hello, my TV turns on but the red light comes on after a few seconds. I called someone to explain, and he told me that it went into safety mode. Is it possible to fix it without calling a professional? Thank you

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power plug, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "return to factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      It's been a few weeks since it was unplugged, waiting to be repaired, but the problem is that I can't access any menu, the screen goes black immediately.
