Hello, I have a problem with my Continental Edison 4K 55'' TV.
When I turn it on, the logo is dark on a black background, then the screen goes black. I removed the cover, unplugged, and then plugged the power cable back in, and it still does the same thing; the TV is no longer under warranty (it’s 2 and a half years old..).
Is it repairable?
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.2

Hello,
It is likely to be the backlight... But..??
First of all, you would need the exact model of the "Continental Edison" TV; there is a model or type written on the identification plate at the back of the TV...
-- Repairable or not... It all depends; if it's at any cost, everything is repairable... The question is whether you are taking it to a repairman..?? Or if you are doing the repair yourself.. what resources do you have..?? and what is your level of skills..??
These are still important parameters for making a decision.

I don't have any means of transportation, and my skill level isn't very high. Moreover, I don't have a welding station, just screwdrivers and wire strippers... in short, it's a struggle ????
