Hello,

On Thunderbird, I keep getting the message:

Connection to the imap.orange server timed out

I have no idea where this is coming from or what to do ..

And my computer skills are very limited.

What should I do ..

(Explanation for someone who isn't tech-savvy ... please!)

    Hello.

    It seems that Orange's servers are not responding, which means there is a problem on their side. Wait for it to be resolved, and if this issue persists, check with Orange at 3900.
