Hello,
I have a problem with the generic Bluetooth adapter that has a faulty driver.
And I can't seem to find it on the internet.

1) check the workaround on this page for error code 31 ==> click here
2) if it doesn't work with the workaround, provide your PC model and its OS (W10/W11)
2a) in search, type DXDIAG and click on Open
3) post a screenshot of the page

Download and install --> 7Zip 64-bit
Download this driver --> Realtek
Right-click on the driver --> 6ab0856c...cab
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "6ab0856c......\"
Go to the Device Manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer ......
Choose from a list of drivers...
Disk provided
Browse
Go to the extracted driver folder --> 6ab0856c......
Select the file --> Rtkfilter.inf and OK.
Restart.
