Because Bus PCI 0, device 31, function 5 doesn't mean anything.

Hello,

If it's a device in alert:

Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Provide the hardware ID of the device
Look here --> Find the device identification number
Post the number in your next message.
