Hello,

When I click on Start > Programs, my printer has completely disappeared, as well as from the taskbar.

How can I find it again so that I can use my device fully? A link to download it in order to reinstall it?

    unfortunately, at one point, it asks me for the password that I need to enter on my printer's screen, unfortunately I have forgotten it.
