Hello everyone


Two weeks ago at most, I bought a Steelseries Rival 3 Wireless at Boulanger which was working great, but for the last 2 or 3 days, I've been having problems.. While I'm using it, the mouse loses connection, I think, because the cursor lags and don't even get me started on games, especially ones like Valorant, etc.. I thought it might be an infrared issue under the mouse, but no, even the left and right click buttons don't work for 0.5 seconds, sometimes 1 second, but this happens frequently. I want to clarify that it was working perfectly and this happened out of the blue.

Could a Windows update that hasn't been done solve the problem? I'm still skeptical about this hypothesis..

    Hello,

    No choice, return the "mouse" to Boulanger for an exchange or a refund.

    Hello,

    USB device lags can also be caused by other poorly connected USB devices due to contact issues.

    Sometimes just unplugging and replugging all the USB devices can fix it.
