Hello, I was charged on April 25th an amount of 129.95 euros on my business account and I have absolutely no idea what this corresponds to.

    Except that you have the wrong person (you are on a forum here…!) and for your information, we do not sell anything and therefore, we do not refund anything either.

    McAfee is installed in trial version on a number of new PCs but it will only deactivate at the end of the trial, without migrating by the operation of the Holy Spirit to a paid version, which moreover is "high-end" (the price corresponds to a premium Total Protection version without promotions).

    A credit card number had to be provided, in principle we remember it, especially since we are a professional.

    Hello, you are on a forum. You should check this with McAfee, the antivirus, which has probably been installed on your computer.

        Even if a contract, like many others, is subject to tacit renewal (which is not the case for a trial version), one cannot accuse others of their inconsistency if one has forgotten to denounce it: if one gets "racked" (at least on legitimate sites), it is because one wants to.

        We can argue about the Chatel law if the site is in France, that it is eligible, and that we demonstrate not having received the regulatory information, but ordinary people have a schedule on which they specify that such a step must be taken by such a date.
