IPhone stuck on restore

Hello,

My iPhone is stuck on a white screen saying "Unable to recover your data, please restore your iPhone from a backup."

Even if I restart the phone, it consistently returns to this screen.
It's impossible to connect it to a computer or iTunes because I need to unlock the phone with a code, which I can't do.
