Good evening or good morning,

I'm currently in a very critical situation, really critical. I don't know how to explain it to you, but out of anger, one of my friends smashed my iPhone 6. So, you can imagine how messed up my screen is, not to mention that the iPhone itself is completely oval now. Without touching the home button, I turned it off and it started restoring itself without me realizing it; it was only at the last moment that I saw the loading bar. When it booted up, it greeted me with "Hello." My heart sank straight into my pants; please, is there any way to recover at least something from my iPhone?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 45.0.2454.101

Hi, if your iPhone says Hello, the setup menu, you don't really have a choice, set it up and you'll see if it's empty or not.
If it's empty, which I doubt, I hope for you that you regularly back up your device to iTunes, but be careful not to connect your iPhone to iTunes right away, because since your iPhone is empty, if you connect it to iTunes, it will automatically create a backup that will overwrite the existing backup in iTunes since it's the same device.
You'll need to put your device into recovery mode, then when you connect it to iTunes, it will offer to restore the device, restore it, then afterwards, without unplugging the iPhone from iTunes, set it up and you'll have the option to recover your backup.
