Hello,

I want to cancel a subscription for my mother who is 95 years old and has been hospitalized for 6 weeks and will not be returning home. I have prepared the email, but I don't know where to send it.

Thank you for your response.

Have a good day.

    Hello,

in principle all the customer service contact details of a provider are indicated on the invoices, whether electronic or paper.

However, it is generally safer to cancel by registered mail, even in 2024.

    Read page 13

    And there you go....

But misery, those line spacings are so annoying!!

    Hello,

    Extract from ACN's general conditions

    the general conditions: https://reps.acneuro.com/ACN-Europe_files/docs/fr/DPS_TCs_FR.pdf

The address seems to have changed... but the registered letter remains, in such a case, indispensable.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

      Hello,

That said, it happened to me when my mother passed away, any provider is entitled to refuse termination by a third party unless a guardian is appointed or, after death, a certificate of inheritance if the intervention of a notary is required and/or a clause of guarantee in the case of multiple heirs.

In this case, one can only advise to "forge a document" by drafting and signing the termination letter in the lady's name.
