Epson printer only works with paper selection

Hello,
I just installed a new Epson ET-2876 Ecotank printer.
When I print a test page, it looks perfect, but in order to print a document, I have to set the paper selection to photo; otherwise, I get a blank page.
I checked the driver (up to date), I reinstalled the printer, and I'm still facing the same issue.
Do you have any idea what I can do to fix this problem?
Looking forward to your replies.

Hello!
It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
It seems that your Epson printer has a settings issue in the print options. To resolve this issue, you will need to access the print settings on your computer.
1. Go to the Control Panel on your computer, then select "Devices and Printers."
2. Right-click on your Epson printer, then select "Print Preferences" or "Printer Properties."
3. Next, under the "Main" or "Basic" tab, you should see an option to select the paper type. Try selecting "Plain Paper" or "Regular Paper," then print a test document to see if that resolves the problem.
If the problem persists, it may be a malfunction of the printer or a software bug. In that case, I suggest contacting Epson customer service for further assistance.

I contacted the technical service. After several cleanings of the nozzles and the print head on my initiative, I achieved a correct print. Surprising for a new printer, but it works... for now...

Ecotank or similar are a good solution to avoid expensive ink cartridges. But the "drawback" is that it can dry out the print heads more quickly, which is surprising for a new one.
For the future, if you are a regular user, no problem, but if not, it is recommended to use it for printing or even simply to turn it on regularly (at least once a week) to avoid said drying.
