What do you use to download the agreements... The TV, a computer, a smartphone..?
Others have done it before you, so it must work, if done correctly.

"Impossible to" is vague, what exactly is happening? In what order?
Have you contacted the brand's support? Since it's new.
How do you know it's actually connected to the internet?
