Unable to open eml file

Hello, I received a .eml file as an attachment. I can't open it, neither on my PC, nor on my iPhone, nor on a Mac!

I'm not very skilled with computers. Can someone help me? Thank you

Hello,

eml is a Microsoft proprietary email format that can be opened in Outlook and its variants, but also in most other email software.

If necessary, you should associate the eml extension with the relevant software (right-click, open with, Outlook, Thunderbird or whichever you prefer).

Hello,

The Microsoft email manager, provided with Windows, opens eml files without any problem. This manager is either Mail or the New Outlook.

I don't know if it's possible to open them for free on an iPhone. From what I read, there's an app called EML Pro Viewer that does the job for €0.99.
