Set up auto hang-up for an incoming video call

Hello,

Here is my request: I would like to be able to automatically answer an incoming video call on an Android smartphone!
We have animals parked in a remote natural park in the middle of nature, and we want to check from time to time that everything is okay. Our idea is to place an old smartphone at the edge of the animal park and be able to call the phone that would automatically answer a video app like WhatsApp or AlfredCamera.
On the forums, we are told that this is possible, but no one knows how to do it!!! Setting up an Android phone to automatically answer a voice call can be done in a few seconds, but we cannot find the settings to do the same for a video call.
Has anyone managed to do this or know of an app that can help?
Thank you for your advice and suggestions.

(P.S.: The irony is that some hackers responded, claiming to know how to remotely activate a smartphone camera without the owner's knowledge, and here we are wanting to do the same thing legally, specifying for example the phone numbers allowed to be answered in video, but we cannot find the procedure!!!...)

Or even better, the same thing with an SD card and a SIM card, it allows you to connect to it remotely.

Yes, I was wrong, it was a SIM card.. We shouldn't get old. :-))

Hello and thank you for your responses... but could you give me more details about the solutions you propose?

Specifically, I have an Android smartphone with a subscription, the smartphone is fixed in a protective case to withstand the elements, this case being installed on a tree in the wild. In order to visualize what is happening, the usage is to be able to call the phone number of this smartphone, the call is automatically answered (so without human action) and automatically activates the phone's camera.

Does anyone know an app that can do this (kind of like WhatsApp with automatic answering)?
Or a setting that automatically answers an incoming video call?
