The 60 million French citizens are in the same situation as you;

Only get involved if you want to be connected to the robot that generates these calls, possibly by changing your number every time (they buy them in blocks of several hundred).

Otherwise, block them, which will not spare you from a possible new attempt.

A robot has no more scruples than it shows signs of fatigue.

The goal: to transfer you to a salesperson who doesn’t get tired of making calls and only intervenes if you pick up.
