No sound on Edenwood smart TV YouTube app

Hello everyone

Since Friday, I haven't had any sound on the YouTube app on my TV.

All the other apps have sound, Netflix, Disney Plus, etc., but I can't get any sound on YouTube.

I tried turning on the Wi-Fi on my box, but nothing works.

I have sound when accessing YouTube through Freebox, but not on the TV. I bought this TV and Denwood originally to have direct access to YouTube, but I don't understand.

The sound is not muted; I'm not on mute... anyway, please help me ????

    Hello,

    Since this sound problem occurs only with YouTube, go to the TV settings and navigate to Applications > YouTube and then select Force Stop. Then choose Clear cache and Clear data​​​​​​​ to reset the app.
