Phone Stuck in Child Mode

Hello,
I have a Doogee phone that runs on Android.
I was using the calculator when everything froze. I couldn't continue using it, nor exit the app. So I restarted the phone.
And upon restarting, I found myself with a home screen I had never seen before: a simplified desktop with very few icons.
At the top right, I see the Airplane Mode symbol. And at the top left, a small symbol representing a child's head.
At the bottom of the desktop, there is a black cross on the right with "Exit" written and on the bottom left, the symbol of a gear with "Settings" written.
When I click on "Exit" or "Settings," a small window asks me: "Exit child mode": Cancel or Exit. I tap on "Exit."
There, I have a page that says: "Please enter the password in child mode."
And below, 6 dashes indicating that I must enter a 6-digit code.
However, since I don't have children, I have never created a Child Code! And the only code I mention is the 4-digit code for my SIM card when I restart the phone.
I have no 6-digit code. Even when I first used my phone, I didn't have to create one.
I don't know what to do anymore. When I click on one of the few apps that are still on the home page, I can't even open the app! It says: "Usage time has exceeded the limit."
I have attempted to restart the phone many times, in vain.
After an internet search, I did what is recommended for Samsung users, namely pressing the Power button + Volume down button. Nothing happens.
Does anyone have any idea how to get me out of this deadlock, please?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
"Please enter the password in child mode"
