    Yes, Gmail has a similar feature called "mark as important." When you compose an email, click on "More options" next to the trash can at the bottom right of the compose window. An option to "Mark as important" will appear. However, please note that this does not guarantee the recipient will see this email as a priority, as it depends on their inbox settings.
