Keyboard Backlight G413 CARBON no longer turns on

Hello everyone

For the past two days, my G413 keyboard has not been lighting up as soon as I open Win11. It's a wired keyboard.

It lights up during boot, turns off during system loading, lights up when switching to the startup screen, but once Windows is open, it turns off and doesn't turn back on at any point.

In Settings (Win 11) - > Personalization -> Dynamic Lighting -> G413: everything is enabled.

I have:

- changed the USB port

- uninstalled and then reinstalled the devices

Nothing works.

On another PC, it lights up without any problem, so it's not a physical failure.

Do you see any solution?

    I had the same problem since this morning as well. Probably related to the Windows 11 update. I just resolved the issue.

    Like you, I unplugged and plugged back in, but nothing worked. I also rebooted the PC. Then I went to personalization > Dynamic lighting > G413.

    Then in Effects, I tested different modes to return to a solid color, I changed the lighting color to red and disabled Use Windows color. It went back to normal. I think that during the Windows 11 update, Windows activated "Use Windows accent color" by default. Check if it's enabled and disable it. I think the other actions I took before that were useless, but I'm sharing all the steps I took, just in case.

    I also had the same problem, you just need to select the red color, because Win11 strangely selected blue since the new update, and there you go, it works again.
