GIGASET C47H is not ringing anymore

Hello,

I own 6 SIEMENS GIGASET C47H phones, as well as the base that goes with them.

They have always worked well. But for 2 days now it’s no longer the case. I have tried every possible maneuver described in the manual, but the same issue persists.

I can make CALLS but cannot RECEIVE them because none of the phones or the base ring (base has answering machine).

Please help me.

    C47H is the reference for the handset, which one is for the base? C470 or C475?

    First, I invite you to reset your box. To do this, cut the power supply to the box, wait one minute, then put the box back into service.

    It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it is not there...

    I did what you suggested, disconnected the base and ………

    nothing changed, it still doesn’t sound right

      I didn’t tell you to unplug the base...

      It’s the box (Livebox) that you need to unplug.
