IPhone restricted by owner

Hello,

This is my first message on this forum, I will try to be as clear as possible

I bought a company on the brink of bankruptcy,

the sales agreement mentioned an iPhone SE of the latest generation (2020 I believe)

when I wanted to use the phone, the iPhone was reset to factory settings, except there is a message that blocks its startup.

I consulted a phone repairer who was unable to resolve the issue, the only thing that changed is 80€ less in my wallet

I also tried software with a subscription of 50€ per month, nothing worked either..

I no longer have contact with anyone from the previous company, so it is impossible for me to find the original email address and its password,

I also don't have an invoice, only the phone's IMEI number..

do you have any idea?
