Bonjour,
Qu'est-ce qui vous inquiète ? C'est le genre de message que toutes les banques envoient pour avertir de l'édition d'un nouveau relevé de compte.
Si vous avez un doute sur l'authenticité du message, vous pouvez déjà voir quelle est sa provenance ; utilisez ce site :

Bonjour,
Effectivement si les liens pointent vers test.fr, ce pourrait être un mail de phishing. Mais avec ce lien là il ne devrait pas y avoir de risque.
D'ailleurs avez vous un compte au CIC ?
