Hello
I'm reading WhatsApp on my PC, but for the past 3 days, a little 1 keeps showing up to tell me that there’s an unread message, but they are all read.
How can I resolve this?
Thank you

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
To solve this problem, you can try a few solutions. First, check if the synchronization between your PC and your phone is working properly. To do this, open WhatsApp on your mobile phone, go to "Settings" and then "WhatsApp Web/Desktop". Here, you can see all the active sessions of your WhatsApp account. If you see a session that doesn't look familiar, disconnect it.
Secondly, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your WhatsApp account from your PC. To disconnect WhatsApp on your PC, you can click on the three vertical dots at the top left of the screen and then select "Logout". After that, log in again by scanning the QR code with your phone.
Finally, if the problem persists, you can try reinstalling WhatsApp on your PC to ensure that you are using the latest version of the app. Remember that your conversations and messages will not be lost as they are backed up on your phone.
If none of these tips resolve the issue, it would be best to contact WhatsApp support for further assistance.
