Hello, After changing the 2 cartridges, my TS3150 printer continues to display error E4. What should I do? Best regards.

Hello,

First, perform the basic checks:

Check that the cartridges have not been reversed and that they are properly locked.
Clean the contacts by gently rubbing them dry.

What is well conceived is clearly expressed,

After these maneuvers and turning off and then back on the TS 3150 printer, the error code E4 has become P2..!!..What should I do?
