TV that turns off by itself

Hello,

I have a Philips TV with smart TV.

For a few days now, it has been turning off and going into standby after about 5 minutes, then going into standby... I noticed that a message appears saying "pass telecomm active," but I don't know if this problem is related to this message... help please!????????

Try disabling the EasyLink function (CEC, Consumer Electronic Control).

Also check by unplugging all the cables connected to the television.

Otherwise, see if the sleep mode is active or not via the television settings and if it is not, try resetting your television and then if the problem persists, it will be necessary to check for a hardware malfunction.

Is this television still under warranty?

For your information, it is advisable to mention the exact model number of the television in question.

An obvious cause for the device's autonomous shutdown could be the cables and the power supply. If one of the cables disrupts the signal, visualization becomes impossible. You need to check that everything is properly connected and that no cables are damaged.
