Disable the "Who uses Chrome?" option
amaker -
Hello, to explain the situation, I have been using a PC that I hadn't opened in a few years for the past few days (I’m using it alongside another one that I bought in the meantime). In the process, I implemented the latest update of Google Chrome after receiving a notification regarding it.
However, something unexpected happened. When trying to integrate my second account (the one in the middle of the screenshot above) into the profiles available on Google Chrome, it "imported" the information (bookmarks, preferences, shortcuts, extensions, etc.) from my second PC. The result is that this "synchronization" has overwritten the bookmarks/preferences I had on my first PC (at least, I can't find them anymore).

As we can see above, there is this new window ("Who uses Chrome?") that opens by default when clicking Google Chrome on the desktop. Additionally, there is now a second Chrome shortcut on the desktop (this time with the account illustration in the bottom right), which opens on my "Person 1" account (see the second screenshot).

As this is likely one of the latest options offered by Google Chrome, which I do not wish to keep, I wanted to know if it was possible to remove this "Who uses Chrome?" option? Is it possible to unsynchronize the accounts (and their preferences) between the two PCs (to revert to the initial situation)?
