Convert HEIC photo with Win 10

I have Windows 10 Pro, but the photos I download on my PC are not decoded. I reloaded HEIC converter, but it doesn't convert directly. How do I integrate it into Windows 10?

    A solution:

    You can use the photo manager XnView MP
    https://www.xnview.com/fr/xnviewmp/

    It can read heic files directly.

    Then you can save the image as .jpg or do a batch conversion if you have several.
