Issue with Excel and hypertext links

Hello,
I have an Excel file containing hyperlinks pointing to photos that are stored on my computer. One day I noticed that these links no longer worked and I received the message: your organization's policies do not allow us to perform this action.
I have Excel 2016 (because I don't want the complete Office solution) and I am on W10 with Firefox as my browser.
I tested my file on another PC that doesn't belong to me (W10, Microsoft 365, Firefox) and there the link works very well and displays the photographs with FastStone Image Viewer, which I also use on my PC to view photos. I also tested the Excel file with LibreOffice and 365 on my PC and it works.
After researching online, it appears that I am missing the key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\htmlfile\shell\Open\Command
It is said that I need to recreate this key in my registry by copying this key from another registry to integrate it into mine.
The problem is that I don't know if it will work since the key from the PC I can copy uses Microsoft 365 and not Excel 2016. What do you think? Can I copy or not and modify my registry?
Thank you for your response.
H.

Hello,
If these keys are indeed the issue, as we've read here and there on the Internet, they have nothing to do with Office products, are not missing, and therefore do not need to be created from another computer or otherwise.
They may specify a particular browser where they should be htmlfile without any further "comment", so it would just be a matter of making these modifications manually on the local machine.
Do check in the Excel privacy management center that nothing is blocking these contents.
Also note that hyperlinks work for me without any issue (Excel 2019, but I don't see how that matters) despite the second of these keys that makes no sense:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" %1

I don't really understand because a little over a year ago the hyperlinks were working without a problem. As far as I remember, I uninstalled a software, I can't recall the name, and a few days later I noticed that the links no longer worked. (no backup of the registry). I tested by uninstalling Excel 2016, then I installed 365 and LibreOffice. At that point, my links worked perfectly. I reinstalled Excel and now it doesn't work anymore. I'm providing a copy of the part of my registry where I think the issue is. I don't see the open\command part appearing, which is why I think my registry is faulty, but I'm not certain. I will first look at what you recommend and I will get back to you to let you know if it works or not. I want to keep 2016 because I have the license and it works perfectly for what I need.
See you later. H.
Mine say respectively this:

Make sure there are no traces of Office 365 left that could be contributing to the issue, by using the Office uninstaller:

The problem is the same for any Office application, try that since you're using Firefox (it's related to Outlook but the issue lies with the browser, not with Outlook or Excel); save the reg script on your desktop, right-click, merge.

Hello,
Thanks for the solutions, but they didn't solve the problem. Well, I'm not going to get worked up about it; I'll switch to LibreOffice or maybe 365 (I’m not sure yet). In fact, I have a preference for the former since it's free, but also because I only want a spreadsheet and a word processor and I don't care about PowerPoint or Outlook (I use Thunderbird) or anything else, and I don't want to overload my PC or have stuff running in the background without using the application.
Have a nice day and thanks again for your help.

I may be saying something silly, but why not reset Office 2016?
The question may also simply be related to the absence or the settings of the default browser.
Settings-Applications-default- per file type: associate HTML with your browser (in my case, for example, Firefox).
