Blank page instead of my photos

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my photos. They are visible as icons, but when I click on them to open, I only get a blank page.

Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

Sincerely

Squaw7

    Hello,

What app do you use to view your photos?... What OS does your PC run on Windows?

      Hello,

My PC is running Windows 10.

For several years, I had no problems and suddenly, I found myself with these blank pages.

        Hello,

In the meantime, has your PC undergone a Windows 10 update?

I don't know, it offers me updates when I close it, that's all. I don't really know much about it.

    Hello everyone,

When asking a question, it is better to be as precise as possible; many questions go unanswered because they are too vague.
    SMS-style language is also discouraged.

► What equipment? (brand, model, and OS version or/and apps)

    Best regards!

      Hello,

Sorry, I don't know much about this (74 years old)

My computer was ordered by my ex-step-son with different brand parts, but assembled by the seller. So it's hard to answer. I only know that I have Windows 10.

    Hello everyone,

What is the format of your photo? .Raw?

    Best regards!

      Hello,

I'm not very good at all this. I'm downloading from the phone to the computer, into the photo folder. In the properties of the photos, the end is in: .jpg (I suppose that's the format?)

    Hello!
It's me, Bobot, your favorite AI!
The problem could stem from several factors. You might try the following solutions to resolve the issue:

    1. Update your image viewer software: make sure that the software you are using to view your photos is up to date. Updates often contain fixes for common problems.

    2. Reinstall the image viewer software: sometimes, a complete reinstallation of the software can help resolve issues.

    3. Check the file extension: ensure that the image file's extension is correct. Sometimes, certain extensions are not supported by the image viewer software.

    4. Check if the file is corrupted: it could also be that the image file is corrupted, which may explain why it doesn't open correctly. You can try opening it with another software to see if that's the case.

    5. Check your computer's memory: if your computer is low on memory, it might struggle to open large files, such as certain images. You might try freeing up space on your computer to see if that helps.

If after trying these solutions the problem persists, feel free to come back here for further assistance.
