Hello,

Hello, My TCL television has gone into store mode. There is a band on the side of the screen. How can I remove it? I would like to point out that after going into the menu, I do not have a setting option.

    Go to settings, then system, then advanced settings, then usage mode, and choose home mode instead of store mode
