Kidicom Max 3.0 and internet browser issue

Hello. We bought 2 Kidicom Max 3.0, one of which has a problem with browsing the internet. It constantly displays "press the star to bookmark a website, a game, or a video. You will be able to find it here later."

There is nothing in the favorites, and internet searches redirect us to the favorite with this message.

What can we do?

Have you contacted the dealer? Or the manufacturing company?
