Hello,

I'm having trouble connecting the scale to my Bluetooth. When I press on sbf73, which is registered on my Bluetooth, I get a message ("you need the app for it to work") even though I've downloaded the app ???????????????????????????????? If anyone has the answer ???? I would really like to know ????????
