Healthcoch SB73 Balance Issue

Hello,

I bought a Sanitas HealthCoach SB73 scale earlier this year, and the setup was done easily; I didn’t encounter any issues. I bought another one this week, and when I put in the batteries, it turns on and displays: use APP and nothing else happens. Do you have any advice, please? Thank you.

    It is important to consult the manual and follow it step by step.

    See paragraph 6.2 on page 6

    Excerpt: After replacing the batteries, “USE APP” flashes on the screen. Press the SET button to make the settings for the year/month/day, as well as for the hour/minutes
