Polaroid TV Enter Menu Without Remote

Hello, I paid for a Polaroid TV
Polaroid TV model TQLED24HD04, during the unpacking I forgot the remote control in the box and I threw it in the trash. The TV turns on but without the remote control I can't access the menu to adjust it.
How can I adjust my Polaroid TQLED24HD04 TV without the remote control?

Let’s keep it simple; for some televisions, you can access the different menus using the button on the television itself. On the other hand, if the button on your television does not allow this, then the only option is to have the original remote control or to order a new one, or perhaps check with someone who might have the same brand.
Additionally, there are applications on Android (on the phone...) that can control televisions; you just need to use your search engine to try them out. You can also search through your search engine for a compatible Polaroid remote control with the exact model number, or check with the store where you purchased the television to see if they can order a new one.
I suppose the garbage collectors have come by.
