Hello,
When you are well-mannered, you say hello first... and thank you afterwards..
Hello
Expired 10, you take the tutorials but you manage with Microsoft for the software.

information
Theoretically, 22h2 was the last version, there are plenty of image tutorials on this site as well:

Alternatives:
So for Chromebook but not only,
there is Flex, a lightweight OS for low-powered or old PCs which is in development but the pre-version is already accessible and it supports external software.

Otherwise, there are Linux distributions that continue to make operating systems for low-powered PCs,
similarly for the page of recent developments.

Hello,
It's doable, but it's anything but simple!
To achieve this, you have to replace the UEFI firmware, which is write-protected by a screw located on the motherboard.
In the end, even if you succeed, it's not certain that you will find all the necessary drivers. Moreover, Chromebooks have limited resources (especially in terms of storage), and I'm not sure that switching to Windows 10 will give you a usable system for everyday use.
I invite you to watch this video that describes the method for a Chromebook 11 G4 in detail. Be careful if you have another model of Chromebook, the script used might not be valid! (I've never tried it).

I assume you want to switch the Chromebook to Windows due to the lack of available software on Chrome OS. Are you aware that you can perfectly use Linux software on your Chromebook? There are thousands of free software available!

Hello everyone,
Avoid touching the firmware and BIOS of the PC.
You need to install Windows 10 using a USB key (Max 8 GB) and the tool MediaCreationTool 22H2... https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
Hello,
"We avoid touching the firmware and BIOS of the PC."
On a Chromebook, there is no other solution. With the original firmware, a Chromebook cannot boot from a device that contains anything other than Chrome OS. Yep, that's a Chromebook specific feature, security first: no question of booting from just any live USB to recover personal files like you can with any other PC.
