Outlook scroll bar missing

Hello,

For some time now, the scrollbar in my Outlook folder pane has disappeared. I can't find a solution; I can't scroll at all. I haven't found anything in the options, and reducing my Outlook window size doesn't help.

Could you please help me? Thank you very much in advance!!

Hello,

I assume you are talking about the Outlook software? If so, which version? You have the option to use the "Inbox Repair tool" to diagnose, and you can also try to perform a repair.

  • Right-click on the Start menu
  • Then Apps and Features
  • Then in the list of installed applications, look for Microsoft Office
  • Click on Modify
  • Select Repair from the list and click on Continue

If you don't have any locally stored emails, the simplest solution would be to uninstall the application and reinstall it.

If it's the browser version, you would need to clear the cookies and cache in the browser settings.
