Epson ECOTANK 2856 colors lacking vibrancy

Good evening,
I recently purchased an Epson ECOTANK 2826 printer, and since I'm not getting the correct color output when printing (red comes out pink, green turns blue...), I would like to adjust the saturation and/or contrast to achieve more vibrant colors.
I'm on macOS and I'm having trouble finding the procedure in the user guides... The suggested approach, which is to use the PhotoEnhance option, does not match what is actually displayed on my Mac in the print dialog box.
If someone could kindly help me, I would be grateful!

We could have thought you were printing in "draft" mode. It's a fast printing mode, both for text and colors.
So it's less sharp, of course!
But there's also the "photo" mode, which is a bit slower.
"the PhotoEnhance mode": is a "color enhancement" mode. This should improve your colors but it also uses more ink.
"I'm on macOS": I imagine you've installed the Mac drivers and not the Windows ones.
