Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga keyboard locked

Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga laptop with a keyboard that is locked (in Windows) except for the Fn keys…

The keyboard works in the BIOS.

I have unsuccessfully tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Lenovo, including a BIOS reset.

Your assistance would be welcome!

Hello,

Have you tried the F6 key at the top that is used to lock or unlock a keyboard?
