I can't access my Badoo chats anymore.

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your responses. In fact, every time I enter a conversation, I automatically exit and it says internal error. I receive the messages but can't reply because I automatically exit the conversation every time. I have already uninstalled and then reinstalled Badoo. Please help me.
