HDMI banner keeps appearing - TCL UHD 4K 65 BP615

Hello,

The HDMI banner on my TCL UHD 4K 65BP615 keeps appearing constantly.

It shows up and then disappears every 10 seconds.

I haven't found a solution online, can you help me?

    Hello,

    Try resetting the television through the settings just in case...

    Do you have a device connected to the HDMI port?

    If so, unplug it to see...

      Hello Grass, I am reaching out to see if you could help me with the TCL screen issue that you solved by resetting it. I keep getting this window that appears regularly, just like in your photo that you shared. I would like to do the same, but it asks for a code that I don’t have???? How did you do it? Knowing that it’s a screen like yours, the same model that I bought second-hand and works very well except for this HDMI window issue, if you happen to know the code, I would be grateful so I can reset it. Thank you if you could help me or others. Thank you and best wishes for the new year ????

    Otherwise, a photo would be welcome... so we can have a clearer idea.

    It's very likely a configuration issue.
    Check the manual, at the end it usually talks about possible problems.
