TCL/PS5 HDMI transmission loss issue

Hello, I bought a TCL 55c729 TV a few days ago. The TV works perfectly on the apps directly, however, I am having an issue with my PS5. The image is transmitted in 4k and 120hz without issues, but while I am playing or in the menus of my PS5, a black screen can appear and then it says "no signal, please make sure your device is turned on." After a few seconds, the image comes back on its own. The HDMI cable is new, and I've tried several cables and multiple ports on my TV, but the same problem persists.

    Hello,

    If your TV was purchased recently, it is under warranty (2 years). Return the product to where you bought it for a replacement.
