SMS after unlocking

Hello,

Is it possible that if I unblock a blocked mobile number after a month, I receive a text message that they sent me 15 days ago (during the period when this number was blocked)?

Or does it mean that the person resent the message once the number was unblocked? Or does the phone resend it by itself?

Hello

When the phone is off, the SMS still remains somewhere on a server waiting for the phone to connect. The server doesn't know the rest.

So the unlocked phone connected to its server which delivered the waiting SMS.

Unless it was the person who was blocked and the phone was on in service, the SMS would have been deleted by the phone, "in principle".

There is always a small possibility that the blocking wasn't processed on a message through deletion, and that the message remained pending. Since this message has 15 days.

If there were not all these servers between 2 devices, there would be fewer possible doubts.
