Hello,
I cannot send "stop" SMS messages to five-digit numbers.
I get an error message 35
The IHM codes do not work: error message
And the messaging center number is correct.
I have disabled the restriction on premium rate numbers
The sending of SMS to ten-digit numbers works.

Hello,
What is your mobile operator?
I disabled the surcharge number restriction Why did you disable this command?
The IHM codes don't work: error message See this link: What is an IHM or MMI code?
Hello,
The UI codes are dependent on the operators; I don't have any information regarding this behavior of SMS.
Whether premium numbers are prohibited or not, I see no way to reply to an SMS from a "special number" of a 5-digit server (they are essentially "robots") whether it's to reply STOP or anything else.
Orange operator (See Title)
I did not disable the IHM order
Try not to reply but to create a new SMS to this number saying STOP.
However, in any case, the situation depends on both the activation of short numbers in your plan and the operation of your operator in this regard.
With mine (not Orange), I have never found any way to make this work (except when it's possible to visit the merchant's website and unsubscribe).
That said, on recent Android versions, we can block short SMS numbers just like other numbers; I just did it again with a pheasant who sent me a supposed MMS message that I supposedly had to connect to via a link.
