Unable to capture video on the TF1 website.

Hello, for the past few days, when we record clips of the 8 PM and 1 PM news on the TF1 website using video capture software, we end up with no image, just a black screen and sound. Why?

    I tried Captvty. I was able to record the 8 PM news from 5/12 without any problem.

    This does not come from the capture software but from the browser.
    You need to download and use an older version of a browser that you don't use, to avoid conflicts with your usual browser. Then you can view the replay in this old browser and capture the video without any issues.
