Good evening! I have photos on OneDrive that I would like to put on a USB drive!

How should I do that, please?

Thank you

Hello rosounette

First of all, it depends on the device used for OneDrive.

1) If it's a computer (Windows or MacOS), you can access the site https://onedrive.live.com and view your documents and photos.

If your photos are in folders within the Documents folder, you can download the entire folder (compressed zip format) directly to your device (download folder, for example), and then compress it (right-click) and move/copy it to a USB stick.

If your photos are visible in Photos, you need to check each photo, no shortcuts, sorry :-( then download just like for the Documents folder...

2) If it's on a smartphone and you don’t have a computer, the best option is to have an OTG USB drive (which can also be plugged into your smartphone's port) and open the OneDrive app to select your photos and copy them to the USB drive.

Talk to you later

Good evening Super.Mario and thank you for your response! It's on my desktop PC with Windows 10! I will check with what you told me!

What are the two tables you are providing me?

Thanks again!

Hello rosounette

Okay for your screenshot.
The Pictures folder seems to match. Check by opening it to see if it contains what you want, if that's the case, you can "Download" the entire Pictures folder to your machine...

See you later

Good evening Super.Mario! I found all the photos I have on OneDrive! But I would like to move them elsewhere (to my images, or elsewhere) but I only see "download"! If I download them, where will I find them afterwards? In "pictures" I only had: saved pictures (empty folder) screenshots (empty folder) camera roll (empty folder) and Samsung gallery (empty folder)!

Thank you, see you later

Hello

Pictures is Images in English...

OneDrive is the "reflection" of what is saved on your machine.

If you want to "move" images into folders, you do it on your machine and it will be reflected in OneDrive (which is just a copy in the Cloud)...

You cannot/should not adapt the content of OneDrive to your liking because you risk making your Machine <--> OneDrive link inconsistent...

You can only "download" your images or your OneDrive content:

1) To keep a copy elsewhere (which you can also do directly from the machine, without going through OneDrive)...

2) To keep a copy of OneDrive because you want to "leave" OneDrive to choose another Cloud support...

Some might say there are other options, but they probably don't have your level of mastery of the machine (sorry)...

See you later
