Hello everyone,

I use Thunderbird as my email and calendar software. I have two (2) calendars that I want to merge into one. Does anyone know how to do that?

I would greatly appreciate knowing how to do it.

Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

In Events and Tasks, you can export or import a calendar.

You just need to export the one you want and then import it into another to merge the two contents.

PS: you will need to create the third calendar before importing the first and then the second...

    Best regards

      Hello RoMa,

Thank you for your response. Your merge instructions worked wonderfully.

However, there are duplicates in the new agenda. Is there a technique to eliminate them?

      Thanks in advance.

P.S. In the "Pseudo" field at the bottom of the message, I entered my pseudo without really knowing what this field is for... signature?

    Good evening,

You have to enter your username when you don't use an account on CCM. It then appears in the header of the message.

As for the calendars, I don’t have a solution. Apart from unchecking the duplicates (you need to know them already) that you don’t want to merge at the time of import or... deleting the duplicates after the merge (which can be tedious if there are many!).

    Hello RoMa,

Thank you for your reply. I don't have the patience to eliminate duplicates one by one, but I'll keep it in mind for the next "cabin day" because of the snowstorm!

Thanks for everything and have a great day.

    You're welcome :-)

I see you've created an account then :-)

    Good luck!
